Return Policy
At Koorosh Fine Jewelry, each piece is individually designed and custom-crafted to reflect your vision. Because of this highly personalized process, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom-made jewelry. However, we involve you at every step — from initial consultation and CAD rendering to final approval — to ensure your satisfaction and confidence before production begins.
Sizing Policy
- Pre-Production Adjustments: Ring size can be modified at no cost before production begins.
- Post-Production Resizing: After production or delivery, resizing is available for an additional fee. Pricing depends on the design, metal type, and complexity of the ring.
- Please note: Certain ring styles, such as eternity bands or intricate designs, may not be resizable.
Warranty & Craftsmanship Guarantee
We offer a Lifetime Warranty on Craftsmanship, which includes:
- Repair of manufacturing defects related to materials and craftsmanship.
- Annual complimentary cleaning, polishing, and inspection.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, theft, loss, or repairs performed by third parties outside Koorosh Fine Jewelry.
Delivery Timelines
Production timelines vary based on the complexity of the design. Most custom pieces take approximately 4 to 8 weeks from final design approval to completion. We will provide updates throughout the process and notify you when your piece is ready for delivery or pickup.
Repairs & Maintenance
We are happy to assist with repairs beyond warranty coverage. Services such as resizing, retipping, prong tightening, or stone replacement are available for an additional charge. We highly recommend annual maintenance to keep your piece in ideal condition.
Insurance Recommendation
While we do our part to craft your jewelry with exceptional quality and care, we strongly recommend protecting your piece with Jeweler’s Mutual Insurance or another reputable jewelry insurer. This can provide coverage for loss, theft, damage, and more.
