We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color, texture, or detail will be accurate. Variations in precious metals, gemstones, and handcrafted elements are natural and do not constitute defects.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

5. Custom & Special Orders

Koorosh Fine Jewelry specializes in custom-designed jewelry. A phone, email, or online inquiry or submission is not considered an accepted order until we have confirmed the order details with you, accepted payment (or a deposit, where applicable), and provided an estimated completion or ship date.

Custom and special order jewelry items are made specifically for you and are considered final sale. Custom orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. If you have a question about whether an item qualifies as a custom or special order, please contact us before placing your order.

Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design, availability of materials, and current workload. We will provide you with an estimated timeline at the time your order is confirmed. While we make every effort to meet estimated dates, delays may occur and do not constitute grounds for order cancellation once production has begun.

Any alterations or modifications requested after production has begun may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in precious metal and gemstone markets, changes in supply conditions, or other factors.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, whether due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

For custom orders, a deposit may be required before production begins. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the piece prior to shipping. Deposit terms and amounts will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping options and costs will be presented at checkout. All shipments are fully insured during transit at no additional cost to you.

Items will be shipped to the delivery address provided at the time of order. It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Koorosh Fine Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For international shipments, any import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

For security purposes, all jewelry shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.

8. Returns & Exchanges

For non-custom, non-engraved items purchased through our website or in store, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
• In their original packaging with all accompanying materials (certificates, documentation, gift boxes)
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom and special order pieces
• Engraved or personalized items
• Earrings (for hygienic reasons, if they appear to have been worn)
• Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kooroshfinejewelry.com or call (312) 785-8333. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend insuring return shipments and using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

9. Warranty

Koorosh Fine Jewelry stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All jewelry items are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair or alteration, normal wear and tear, or improper care and storage.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your proof of purchase and a description or photograph of the issue. We will evaluate the item and, at our discretion, repair or replace it at no charge within the warranty period.

Any repair or alteration performed by a jeweler other than Koorosh Fine Jewelry automatically voids the warranty. This warranty is not an insurance policy and does not cover loss, theft, or damage beyond manufacturing defects.

10. Ring Builder Tool

Koorosh Fine Jewelry offers an interactive ring builder tool on our website to help you explore and customize ring designs. The ring builder is provided for your convenience and informational purposes.

Designs created using the ring builder are preliminary and may be subject to change based on material availability, design feasibility, and technical constraints. A ring builder configuration does not constitute a binding order or guarantee of pricing.

By using the ring builder, you may choose to save your configurations and provide contact information so that our team can follow up with you. Providing this information is entirely voluntary and is not required to use the tool. Any personal information provided through the ring builder is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
